Toned and shapely upper body chest and back will show off nicely as we ease into Spring. The workout today will strengthen your entire upper body. You will need dumbbells – I suggest going heavier if you can. Challenge yourself. You will see that you actually can move that amount of weight. Surprise yourself today!
