Summer Fresh: Avocado Salad

Ingredients
  1. 2 avocados, peeled, pitted and diced
  2. 1 sweet onion, chopped
  3. 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  4. 1/2 cup corn
  5. 1/2 cup sliced broccoli
  6. 1 large ripe tomato, chopped
  7. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  8. 1/4 cup Italian salad dressing
  9. 1/8 cup lime juice
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine avocados, sweet onion, bell pepper, corn, broccoli, and tomato.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine Italian salad dressing, lime juice, and cilantro.
  3. Drizzle over vegetables and toss to coat.
