Perfect Protein Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 Cup whey Protein Powder
- 1/3 Cup melted coconut oil
- 2 Eggs
- 2.5 medium ripe bananas - mushed up
- 1/4 Coconut Milk
- 1 Teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 Cup honey
- 1 Teaspoon Madagascan vanilla extract
- 1/2 Teaspoon ground sea salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 Cup roughly chopped pecans
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Transfer the mixture into a bread baking tin and cook. Bake in a breakdown at 160 C (320 F) until your knife comes out clean and munch!
Notes
- Keep checking every now and then once it's in the oven. As soon as a fork (or knife) comes out clean, then the bread is done. Don't worry too much about timings, just the look and taste.
