This is a workout you can do anywhere! The other cool things about this is that you can choose the total time of your routine, and you won’t need any gear at all! These are some of my favorite types of fitness. Focus on your movements by that I mean, if you are lunging, focus on your hamstrings, glutes and core.

Now get it done!
