10 Full Body Strength Moves

Build muscles and be stronger. Yes, please. Muscles are sexy and powerful. A strong body feels fantastic and it shows the world that you care about yourself. A strong body tells the world that you take time to be a better you, and that you eat well (most of the time), and all of this is awesome. Think of how your hard work is inspiring and motivating friends, family or even passerby. Pretty cool! Now get the workout done!

You will need a medium to heavy set of dumbbells. Try for 10 reps of each. Feel free to modify up or add on for you advanced athletes to customize the workout for you!

Squat & Press
Manmaker
Reverse Lunge & Curl
Spider Crunch & Extension
Bear Crawl Walk
Leg Lowers
Single Leg Burpee + Hop
Hyperextension with Overhead Reach
Dead Lift & Row
Split Lunge & Hop + Rotation
