10 Minute CrossFit Inspired Workout

Sometimes 10 minutes feels like forever. I love this short burst workout. All you will need is your body too, no equipment necessary. This class is led by Jessica Abla’s trainer and Reebok Ambassador Yumi Lee – I’ve taken her classes here in Los Angeles and she is no joke. A stickler for form and uber intense, why bother if you wont give it your all! Yumi provides 3 levels with each of the moves you will be doing. Beginner, intermediate and advanced – feel free to move between the three throughout the workout – just give 100%!

Here are the Warm Up moves:
Push Ups – 5
Sit Ups – 10
Squats – 15

Here is the Workout:
Lateral Jumping Burpee – 10
Grasshopper – 20 (10 each side)
Reverse Lunges – 30 (15 each leg)
