Some of the best ways to reduce body fat is to take the whole body approach. You’ll have to get your workouts in (cardio and strength!) to boost your metabolism and start to build muscle… which is, ultimately, what you want. You’ll also need to be fueling (also known as: eating) your body to get the body you want.
Jessica Smith in the video below says something that really stuck with me: “You can’t out train a bad diet“. Boom! there it is folks. So true. Keep in mind that rewarding yourself with food will make hitting your goals difficult.
