2 Moves + 5 Minutes

No doubt this is a short routine. That doesn’t mean you are getting off easy. The moves are simple this time. All you will be doing are Thrusters and Burpees. Ugh, they suck! The beauty is that they are full body. The thrusters engage your big muscles of your lower body immediately. Try to get low. Keep your chest up, shoulders down and make sure to keep your knees pushed out. For the burpees, if you are adding the push-up, get low. Remember to keep your core engaged and try to get some good air with the jumps! It’s short and intense, you’ve got this!
