Do you have a go to breakfast meal? Eggs? Oats? Fruit? A combo of all? I am generally a creature of habit. I usually stick with one meal for a chunk of time, then when that’s run it’s course I pick a new “favorite”. Currently I’m back to greek yogurt. Prior to that it was a Quest bar. Before that, it was an apple and two hard boiled eggs. Before that…well that was when I was indulging in breakfast toasts. So delicious. My favorite – see below – french bread, avocado, feta, chili flakes and olive oil, sprinkle with salt!

2). Toast + cottage cheese + pineapple + cashews
3). Toast + red pepper hummus + fried egg + cilantro
4). Toast + goat cheese + strawberries + edamame + balsamic vinegar
