How to Do 4-Count Bodybuilders

This is a great move! It’s similar to a burp… a variation if you will, called: 4-count Bodybuilders.

It’s a great way to fire up your shoulders, abs, quads and hamstrings. Be sure to have your shoulders directly over your hands, and down away from your ears. Focus on engaging your core as you jump back and up. Try 15 with a 20 second break, Repeat 5 times.
