Here we are on day two of our week long plan for you! As we told you yesterday, this is a full body circuit that is strength and endurance building. This 5-day plan is an excellent way to get you jump started into the world of running. Yes, today and Thursday the running is optional, but we say when there is an option say “yes”, so, regarding the running…feel free to do intervals of running with walking. Try 1 minute run, 30 second walk. If that is too aggressive try one minute, one minute walking. Tomorrow will bring more of the same. Have Fun!

Run 1.5 miles (optional, but why not?!)
30 Lunges
10 Push Ups
20 Tricep Dips
40 Bicycle Crunches
50 Russian Twists
