3 Supersets, 12 Mins… it’s TABATA TIME!

If you follow my posts, you’ll know I’m a massive proponent of “tabata” workouts. Not only are these workouts extremely effective for toning the core and rest of your body, but they utilize time like few other workouts do in that they are fast-paced and efficient! There’s no waiting around with these routines, it’s get-up-and-go time and you’ll know it after just 12minutes! Try this routine for a core and lower body blast in the morning before work, on your lunch break (if you can shower after), aright when you get home. No extensive hours in the gym or equipment needed!
