5-Day Workout Challenge: Monday

You will thank us on Saturday! We have got you covered this week! This will burn calories while building your strength and endurance. This is a cardio and strength full body routine. You can do this in the gym or outside, this is a great workout while you are traveling. Why not grab a friend or family member to join you. The workouts will get a bit more challenging with the running as the week goes on! Your fitness level doesn’t matter for the 5 workouts we have lined up for you. If you are a beginner, walk instead of run the mile, or do intervals of running and walking. Intermediate and advanced athletes push yourself for faster times when running.
