We said we were going to turn up the volume on today’s workout, and we kept our promise. Middle of the week kick butt workout is what you’ve got here. The plan calls for a 1.5 mile run today! Just like yesterday, if you are new to running, take it in intervals. There are quite a few cross body movements today which will require extra focus on your core. Have Fun!
