As I’m writing this, I will tell you that my core is so sore! I did this workout two days ago and am still feeling it. I love that! You really don’t need more than thirty seconds of each movement, done correctly for soreness and results. Focus on the body part you are targeting, breathe and perform the moves slowly.
Total core workout is what these moves offer. You will do each move for thirty seconds. You will need one heavy dumbbell. For the best results try to go through this routine or a similar abs focused workout five days a week.
