This is by far one of the most difficult moves I have ever done. By done, I mean attempt. It is so hard. I think of this is as the beginner move to get you to a pistol squat, and the pistol squat is so freaking hard! You can definitely do modifications for this one. You could use a chair to hold on to as you gain your balance and build up your strength in your tush. Go slowly. Build up to the full movement. Enjoy!
