A few days ago, our own Susy Sedano posted a great core workout targeting your obliques. Obliques are a key component of your core as well as crucial in getting that fit and toned midsection. That is why, I have taken the oblique workout further and added a new routine to the mix. This oblique trainer from Blogilates is a fantastic way to continue on with your core workouts, targeting your side sections. Oblique exercises focus on getting your sides in shape and melting the ever-annoying “muffin top” by using lateral moves that stretch and crunch your core. Give this workout a try and see that muffin top become a thing of the past!
