Upper Body Blast – No Repeat Moves!

You are going to need a few different sets of dumbbells for this routine. Remember to challenge yourself with the movements! Also know that even 3 pound weights can become super heavy as the reps go up. You are going to be blasting your upper back, arms and shoulders. Cool thing is you will be doing all different moves! There are so many variations of movements that will tone and sculpt. This is a great routine for that reason alone. Have Fun!
