Abs without Crunches: Move #1

This is a quick one to add to any piecemeal workout you may do! Sometimes I like to take my workout to the bluffs in Santa Monica and incorporate all the new and old moves I can think of to put together a full body burn. Maybe you are like me and always have fitness gear in your car, if not, maybe you should! It’s fun to do stuff on the fly. Put on your favorite music and create a fun routine with this move included.
