This really makes me want a beach day! It is such a pretty view from the balcony. That aside, we have a mix of high intensity moves along with strength moves today. You will be doing everything from squats and lunges to jumping 180 turns and plank variations. Yes this full body, but notice the attention to your core for each and every one of these moves. Let that be a reminder in any workout you are doing – be mindful of your core! Have fun with this one.
