Avocado Toast with Poached Egg!

Breakfast, lunch or dinner. This is super simple and easy and delicious! Three of my favorite ingredients: avocado, egg and toast! Who can go wrong with any of this. I like to add red pepper flakes to my avocado. Remember to salt the avocado. You could even add a little squeeze of lemon to the avocado. I love the runny yolk when you cut into the egg – yum! If you want to add other items and make this your own, go for it! Let me know your upgrades!

When poaching the egg I add a splash of white vinegar this helps to keep the whites of the eggs together.
