How would you like to have a super strong and sexy back side –  and I mean back. I love seeing strong muscles on a woman. I think a lot of women become fixated on having strong arms, shoulders, triceps that will look great in dresses and tank tops.  I say, yes, focusing on arms is great, however, I would also encourage the building of your back muscles, upper and lower back. Strengthening your back will offer great benefits, especially with posture, and stability, as well as looking awesome in spaghetti strap tops.
