Spring is already here and that means only a few weeks until Summer! Now is the perfect time to ramp up your workouts to get that body beach-ready! This series of workouts will get you toned and tight for that summer bikini and help you shed off those extra winter pounds.
Each day alternate between the two circuits listed below (i.e. cardio one day, strength the next). Complete each circuit 2 to 3 times a week; for a total of 4 to 6 days of workouts each week.
CARDIO CIRCUIT
Start with a 10-minute cardio interval (learn more about cardio interval here!), alternating between a 60-second run and a 60-second walk.
