All you need is a mat – this routine is all body weight, meaning no excuses. Some of these moves were brand new to me and I love them! The leaning back move without using abs is so tough. The most challenging move is the last one. A plank with a shimmy. I mentioned some of these moves were brand new to me and this one has to be the most difficult and awesome.
