Please, be advised that although this is a beginner routine, it is incredibly challenging. If you have not or do not do pilates on a regular basis this one is tough. It is so core focused, you will be feeling it immediately. If you need to take little breaks, that is ok. This one is a doozy. Stay present with your moves, and focus on the exact body part you are working. Remember to breathe!
