Delicious Sweet Potato Protein Pancakes
  1. 1/4 cup (28g) whey protein
  2. 1/4 cup (132) liquid egg whites
  3. 1 small (100g) sweet potato, baked until soft
  1. 1. Blend everything together.
  2. 2. Fry up on a HOT (properly) nonstick pan with some low-cal spray on it or coconut oil.
  3. 3. Turn the heat down to medium and flip when bubbles start to appear on the pancakes’ surface.
  4. 4. Serve up with your syrup or topping of choice!
  1. If you want to go the extra mile, try adding some chopped nuts to the batter for some healthy fats and a delicious crunch!
