Today’s 10 minute beginner HIIT workout is perfect to do at home, even with your kids! Getting kids involved in workouts is the best way to ensure that they lay the foundation for a healthy lifestyle early on. Start today! Today you’ll be doing basic moves like squats, mountain climbers and burpees that will prepare you for more difficult HIIT workouts in the future. Do this workout until it starts to feel more comfortable, and then you can move onto some more difficult HIIT workouts.
You’ll do just 30 seconds of each exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest. You’ll repeat the entire HIIT workout for beginners twice for a total of a 10 min HIIT workout.

6) Floor Jacks
7) Super Jump Squats
8) High Knees
