This is a fun one kids! Cardio kickboxing, upper body strength moves along with some cool yoga inspired moves. It’s day 4 of this challenge, I’m figuring you are sore and ready for a day off…however, we are doing this! Once you complete this awesome workout you roll right into day 5! Then you will have earned a nice rest day! Have fun today!
