I love quick ones like this – you can add a great ab routine to the end of this. Based on your body weight and exertion you should burn about 150 calories at the least! That’s not so bad for about ten minutes of work. Give it your all. That’s the idea behind the design of Tabata workouts. Maximum exertion in minimum time. Have fun!
