Time is of the essence during this time of year. We may not be able to get in our usual 45-60 minute workouts due to parties, shopping, travel or anything really! One trick that is super helpful when navigating workouts, is to get them on the schedule as you would any “event” or meeting that you need to attend.
You will see that you can get in a short blast of a workout in a mere 10 minutes. The beauty of these workouts is that depending on your schedule, you could even get 2 or 3 of these in today. Either way, any type of workout will benefit your body and your mind! Relieve some holiday stress and tone your way to health!
This routine is packed full of lower body moves with a few tricep dips and abs for good measure! Have fun!
