22 Minute Morning Fat Blast!

Cardio! Cardio! Cardio! This is a quick 22 minutes that will get your heart pumping and calories burning first thing in the morning. You aren’t going to need any weights at all. This is a workout that you can do at home, outside and even when you are traveling. You are going to get an easy warm up which includes: Boxer Bounce, Grapevines, Half and Full Jumping Jacks. You are going to ramp it up starting with slow Jacks – these look easy, trust me they are challenging! A few other fun moves are the Cartoon Hops, Suicide Runs and Zig Zag Hops. I think you will have fun with this, there are quite a few new moves!
