HIIT training is the best! I’ve been doing more of these lately and I am noticing my strength improving, my endurance growing and I am super excited to workout again! We all get in ruts – me it was running miles and miles…I needed something to get me back into the game! These are it. I love it that I’m done with the workout usually in under 20 minutes. Get it out of your head that for a workout to be effective it has to be an hour. The beauty of HIIT training is that you are giving it your all in 30 second intervals.
This workout is approximately 3 minutes of work then a water break 3 times! You can do this! Have Fun! Oh, the most challenging move for me was the Crab Ups…holy moly! Let me know what you think!
