Leg Slimming in 9 Minutes!

Quality, not quantity. That’s what my Dad always used to say. It still holds true! Even though this routine is short, 9 minutes, and has only 3 moves, if you do them consciously, in perfect form you will see results. Being expert with your form and being in touch with your body movements will help you to strengthen and tone whatever body part you are working.

As with any routine, if you are more advanced, add weights. If you are a newbie, Welcome, and modify. Take it slow, master the movement and see yourself transforming over the next few months. Have fun!
