These look so fun! A cool twist on traditional tacos and I am a lover of crunchy tacos. Yes, I know crunchy means fried and that means less healthy, however, if I am going to go for it, I have to do the the “right” way.
Easy to make, a minimal number of ingredients – and poof, literally, puffy tacos! Top with your favorite meat, or beans, definitely add cheese, lettuce, salsa and guacamole. Make for friends and be the talk of the town! Enjoy!
