Recipe of the Day: Sheet Pan Fajitas

Genius idea here! Way easier than making traditional fajitas, and less oil, hence wasted extra calories! This is a super easy meal to prep, a note: cut the chicken and the veg the same size/width as best you can. This will allow the food to cook at the same rate and avoid one or the other becoming over done. Enjoy the deliciousness and the easy clean up too!

**When I’m using a baking sheet I always use non-stick aluminum foil. Makes it easy to clean .
