Grab your dumbbells and a mat for this quick routine. You’re going to get your heart pumping in no time with cardio and challenging strength moves. This workout will burn fat and build muscle and will be targeting all of your major muscle groups: butt, legs, arms, and abs. There are quite a few low squat moves here, so be prepared for your quads and hamstrings to be on fire! These low moves also force you – if you are doing the moves correctly – to engage your core to the max! Challenge yourself to get low. Be sure to push down through your heels, knees NOT over your toes, and push your knees out. You can always modify too if needed until you gain more strength. Have fun!
