You may know it as a bosu ball, or maybe as “that weird blue half-yoga ball.” Whatever name you decide, we can all agree on the fact a bosu ballis an extremely useful tool for any workout. It is an extremely versatile piece of equipment, and can be used at a beginner level,all the way up to the most advanced forms of training. They aren’t too expensive either which makes them a great option for your home gym.
