I will say it again, if you’re doing the moves correctly – strength moves – you will tire the targeted muscle group in no time at all. This is a great example of this. You’ve got a routine of 5 minutes, 40 seconds on, 5 second rest. Sounds easy enough…Well, get started and you will be out of breath and your booty and thighs will be burning in a matter of seconds. Don’t hold your breath. Breathe and give it your all!
