It’s what we’re all looking for. I am always on the quest to have toned shoulders and arms, followed immediately by having a perky toned tush and strong legs. So, what does it take? It takes commitment, eating well, and hitting the workouts will all you’ve got.
Use weights, be consistent and don’t give up. You should start to see results in about 12 weeks. If for example you don’t have some of the equipment below, get creative. You can also buddy up and do the workouts with a friend who may have some of the needed accessories. Bottom line is no excuses. Get it done.
