Glide your way to a flat strong tummy! If you have carpet, you will need to find a smooth flooring surface for these moves. You will need two hand towels,paper plates, or some sort of device that will slide on the floor. Once you have those, you will perfom Pike moves, then moving into Scissor Planks. Be sure to keep you core super tight – pulled in as if sucking to meet your lower spine. Tush and hips down when doing the Scissor moves.
You will feel this in your core, as well as you quads, shoulders and triceps!
