Target: Shoulders, Arms & Upper Back

Get your upper body tank top ready with these 7 exercises. I focus a lot of my workouts on my shoulders and arms. Like most women I dread even the words “bat wings”! You will want to warm up before jumping into this routine. This is similar – but longer – to arm routines they do at a lot of cycle classes these days.

7 Exercises :: 50 Second Intervals :: 1 Round – (I say go for 2 Rounds!)

You will need a light set of dumbbells. Maybe 3-5 lbs, if you are a beginner, you don’t have to use weights, you will still feel the burn!
