No excuses here folks. This is a time saver and calorie burner. If you’ve never done a HIIT workout – you are in for a treat. These types of workouts are deceiving upon first glance. I can promise you after the first 6 minute round you will be winded beyond belief. Modify if need be. If the full burpee is too much for you, take out the jump at the end. If the diver push ups are too much, stick with regular push ups – you can even take these on your knees. Have fun!
