All About Glutes: Hip Thrusts and More!

We love this flute workout with weights. You’ll be familiar with some of these… squats and lunges, but hip thrusts with the barbell is new for us! We tried it… and love it (but we’re a quite a bit sore today!). This is a serious butt workout… not for the faint of heart. Give it shot and let us know you’re thoughts… good luck!
