Cookie Dough Protein Bars

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup natural (or vanilla) protein powder
- 6 tbsp (96g) smooth almond butter
- 4 tbsp (around 64ml) almond milk
- 1/2 cup tbsp (64g) ground almonds
- Stevia drops to taste (you can sub the stevia with your sweetener of choice)
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Taste the dough to make sure it's sweet enough for your personal tastes (add more stevia if desired). Press the mixture into a brownie tray, evening and flattening it out until smooth. Place in the fridge for 30-60 minutes. Remove from the fridge, slice into 6 pieces and ENJOY!
