Easy-Peasy Recipe: Cookie Dough Protein Bars

Cookie Dough Protein Bars
  1. 1/2 cup natural (or vanilla) protein powder
  2. 6 tbsp (96g) smooth almond butter
  3. 4 tbsp (around 64ml) almond milk
  4. 1/2 cup tbsp (64g) ground almonds
  5. Stevia drops to taste (you can sub the stevia with your sweetener of choice)
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Taste the dough to make sure it's sweet enough for your personal tastes (add more stevia if desired). Press the mixture into a brownie tray, evening and flattening it out until smooth. Place in the fridge for 30-60 minutes. Remove from the fridge, slice into 6 pieces and ENJOY!
