This gal knows what she is doing. As you can see, you do not have to deprive yourself if you are looking to lose weight or get leaner. She is making smart choices that keep her body fueled and functioning at an optimum level. It is always the right way to go by incorporating foods from all food groups, and especially not being afraid of healthy fats. I like to add avocado to literally every lunch and dinner meal I make.
