Hardcore HIIT Abs!

This is short and sweet and this is designed for advanced athletes. You’ve got your life to live and no one wants to spend all day working out. As time has gone by, research has shown those ninety minute workout sessions of the past while possibly effective, were for the most part a waste of time. By working out smarter and more efficiently your body will show progress more quickly, and you will have time to spend on other things. 

Whether it’s a cycle class, a thirty minute run or even a HIIT workout, by mixing up your workouts and giving them 110% every time, you will see results quickly with the added benefit you won’t be bored and you will be less likely to flake out. Give this method of fitness a try and see for yourself. Once I migrated to this type of fitness lifestyle, I lost ten pounds, and have kept it off. 

You’ve got 50 seconds of work with 1o seconds of rest. Yes, this is designed for advanced athletes, however, you can always modify and work up to the actual move!

Here are the moves: Try for 3 rounds!

Side Plank + Alternating Leg Lift – both sides
Triangle Press – both sides (you will need weights!)
Uneven Armhold + Arm Fly
Superman Roll + Pike Crunch
