I see people every day with horrible posture. I want to go up to them and pull their shoulders back and give them some tips on how to improve their form. So many of us spend the day working at a computer, which could be the cause of the problem. It’s important to take the time to work on strengthening your back, as well as relieving the tightness in your chest. I recently started doing a mix of these moves and it really is helping me!
