Pilates Bootcamp: Target Abs

You’ve only got five moves in this workout. You will be hitting all aspects of your abs/core here. I am curious which move you think is the most challenging. Cassie thinks the Single Leg Drop is the most challenging, however, for me the Earthquake was the most difficult. I was also really sore the next day after doing this one! Now that is one of my most favorite things of all. I want to be sore from my workouts, don’t you? Let me know if this one has you feeling the soreness too! Have fun!
