Ingredients
- 1/2 cup hulled hemp seeds
- 1/4 cup goji berries
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup buckwheat flakes
- 1/4 cup vanilla pea protein powder (or another veggie powder or casein protein pow)
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes
Instructions
- Take all the ingredients and mix them in a tupperware. Shake that stuff up and spoon out a serving. Add milk (or whatever substitute you love) and ENJOY!
