Add this routine to the end of your cardio workout! It doesn’t take long to burn out your abs. Be sure to listen to her cues, form is key here. Even though this is only 6 minutes, which isn’t very long, it works! I promise 45 seconds in you will be on fire and thinking why can’t this be 4 minutes. Have fun and have a great workout today!
